Aaron Ministries began hosting training events, seminars & retreats to further help connect the local church and strengthen church leaders. During this time, The Network started working with local churches in the 7 regions of Nova Scotia to start Regional Wells to encourage leaders in their callings & their specific challenges.

Aaron Ministries Network begins steps towards encouraging, focusing, and equipping leaders nation wide. When COVID-19 interrupted Well gatherings, leaders began joining online, marking growth toward a national network of church leaders.
